This Shipping Policy explains how 1000 SOPO, INC. ships orders placed through Acorng. The store is arranged for customers in Singapore, and checkout totals are displayed in USD.
Processing Schedule
- Order cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
- Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment authorization.
- Fulfillment work is handled Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- Pet bowl orders may be checked for correct bowl count, color, insert, stand, clip, or capacity label before dispatch.
Delivery Area and Estimate
- Standard shipping is available for eligible delivery addresses in Singapore.
- Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after carrier pickup.
- Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including processing and transit.
- Delivery timing may change because of customs review, address checks, local holidays, weather, or carrier capacity.

Standard shipping is provided at 0 USD for eligible orders shipped to Singapore. Any available shipping method and cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
Tracking may be sent after carrier acceptance. Customers should enter a full address, including unit, floor, building name where applicable, Singapore postal code, and a reachable phone number. Incomplete delivery details may delay shipment.
Split Parcels and Package Issues
Orders containing several bowls, stands, or travel items may ship in more than one parcel. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact care@acorng.shop with the order number and photos of the package when available.
